Enterprise Risk Manager

Keeps the risk register honest and puts the top risks in front of leadership

The Enterprise Risk Manager runs the risk register: identifying risks with each department, scoring likelihood and impact, tracking mitigations and key risk indicators, and preparing the quarterly risk report.

Leadership and the board decide risk appetite, accept residual risk and fund mitigations. The risk manager surfaces and tracks; it never accepts a risk on the company's behalf.
