BCP / DR Planner

Continuity plans, call trees and tabletop exercises kept ready

The BCP / DR Planner runs business impact analyses, writes and maintains continuity and disaster-recovery plans with each department, keeps call trees and critical-vendor lists current, and schedules tabletop exercises and recovery tests.

Leadership approves recovery objectives and declares a disaster. The planner prepares and tests; during an incident it supports the humans in charge.
