See your business with AI employees in it.
Not AI in the building. A seat with a job: a title, a schedule, the apps it works in and a person it answers to.
You don't learn the seat. You hire it.

Our org chart, seat by seat.
We walk through the org chart we're building: real seats with real job descriptions. One of them is built and for sale today. The rest are designed and not for sale yet, and each card says which.

Designed · not for sale yetUsing AI vs. hiring an AI employee.
The four levels of an AI employee.
A skill
It does one task well when you ask: draft the reply, summarize the call, clean up the list. Useful. Still you, doing the asking.
With your business brain
It knows your services, your rules and how you talk to customers, so the work sounds like your company, not like a chatbot.
Inside your apps
It works where the work lives: your email, your calendar, your CRM, your phone line. No copy and paste.
On a schedule, without you
It runs at the hour it's supposed to, whether or not you open a laptop, and reports what it did. That's an employee.
Which seat to fill first, by department.
Start where the hours leak. We go department by department and look for the sign that a seat is empty.
For you if…
- Owners with more work than people, who want to see which seat to fill first.
- Operators who have tried ChatGPT and want something that does the job, not just answers questions.
- Teams deciding what their next hire should be, human or not.
Not for you if…
- Anyone looking for a prompt-writing course. We don't teach the seat; we show you the one to hire.
- Anyone looking for an AI side hustle or a get-rich plan.

FAQ
What does it cost?+
Nothing. It's free.
Is it a sales pitch?+
Most of it is the map: the seats, the four levels, where to start. At the end we'll say how we do this for you, done-for-you. Today the one seat we sell is the Receptionist (SARA Voice), and we'll say that plainly.
How long is it?+
90 minutes, with time for questions.
Where does it happen?+
Online, on Google Meet. The join link comes by email, with a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before.
Will there be a replay?+
If we record the session, everyone who registered gets the replay link by email, once.
Will anyone call me?+
Only if you tick the SARA box. That means one call, the next business day around 11 AM Pacific, from our AI assistant, recorded, and you can say no. Leave it unticked and nobody calls or texts you.
What do you do with my email?+
We send you this session's emails. Company updates only if you tick that separate box, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Save your seat.
