Our services use artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude) and voice synthesis by ElevenLabs. When you interact with SARA or any of our AI systems:

Your conversation inputs are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses
We may retain conversation transcripts to improve service quality
AI-generated outputs are not human-authored and may contain inaccuracies
We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without explicit consent
Voice interactions may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery purposes

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), ElevenLabs (voice), Vercel (hosting)

5a. SMS & Mobile Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number and your consent records solely to deliver the account-related messages described in our SMS Program Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

5b. Lead Radar and Public Posts

For businesses evaluating Lead Radar, we search public web pages (for example Reddit, Nextdoor, public Facebook groups, X, Craigslist and review sites) for posts where someone asks for a service. When a post clears our checks we keep: the link to the post, the name or username shown on it, a short quote, the date, our assessment and a draft reply, and the business's own verdict on it. We do not look up or store anyone's phone number, email address or home address from these posts, and we never contact the people who wrote them.

We do not log in to any site to read posts, and we do not read sites that require an account; for those we rely on what a public search engine shows.

Retention. Lead records are kept while the business's account is open and for three years after, so that what was delivered, and why, can be shown later. A business's acceptance of the Lead Radar terms is kept for at least seven years.

Deletion. If a post of yours appears in Lead Radar and you want it removed, email privacy@cruciblegroupai.com with the link. We delete it, and anything we drafted about it, within 30 days, and keep only a note that the request was received and honoured.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact and lead data is retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction unless you request deletion.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and advertising purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit. Essential cookies required for site functionality cannot be disabled.
