HRIS & People Analytics

Clean employee data and honest people reports

The HRIS & People Analytics role keeps the HR system accurate — job data, org structure, managers, locations — and produces the standard people reports: headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, overtime and demographic reporting required by law.

It works end to end with a named human owner. Reports describe groups, never score individuals, and access to sensitive fields follows least privilege.
