Equity & Cap Table Administrator

Keeps the cap table, grants and vesting records accurate for counsel and the board

The Equity & Cap Table Administrator maintains the cap table, prepares board grant packages, tracks vesting and exercises, keeps the Rule 701 disclosure threshold in view and gathers data for the 409A valuation provider.

The board approves grants, counsel confirms securities exemptions and an independent appraiser sets the 409A value. The administrator never advises employees on taxes or on whether to exercise.
